File Reader — Terms of Service

1. Grant of License

UJ Studio grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and royalty-free license to download, install, and execute File Reader on compatible personal devices solely for personal, non-commercial, or standard internal productivity purposes.

2. User Content & Ownership

You retain full, uncompromised intellectual property rights and ownership of any and all documents, files, images, code, or media that you open, view, or parse using File Reader. UJ Studio claims no ownership, copyright, or access rights to any content opened within the software.

3. Disclaimer of Warranty

File Reader is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While File Reader is extensively engineered to parse hundreds of document formats faithfully, UJ Studio does not warrant that file viewing will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that proprietary extensions from third-party software will render identically to their native authoring suites.

4. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall UJ Studio, its developers, or contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of the use or inability to use the software, including but not limited to loss of device data or file corruption caused by underlying operating system failures.
