1. Access Authorization
By entering the UJ Studio digital environment or installing our published software suites (including DocuPDF and File Reader), you acknowledge and agree to abide by the operational directives outlined in this protocol. Unauthorized manipulation of the core architecture is strictly prohibited.
2. Intellectual Property & User Content Ownership
All UJ Studio codebases, 3D models, AI algorithms, and digital textures are the exclusive property of UJ Studio. Conversely, any personal documents, scans, e-signatures, or files you create or open using our offline utilities remain 100% your exclusive property, with zero forced watermarks and zero cloud transmission.
3. System Liability
While we maintain a 99.99% uptime for our neural networks and rigorous automated test suites across our mobile applications, UJ Studio provides its software on an "AS IS" basis and is not liable for hardware storage failures or forgotten local encryption passwords.
4. Directive Updates
UJ Studio reserves the administrative right to modify these terms as the studio develops new technologies. Continued interaction with the studio constitutes acceptance of the latest protocols.
